Church Barn Party

Are you ready to kick-off the Fall season with your church family? We are excited about gathering at Circle B Corral Farm, owned by Dean and Bonnie Purkeypile. The Barn Party will take place on Saturday evening September 28 from 6-9pm.
Sign up to compete in the chili cookoff or to volunteer for set up or tear down here.
Supper will be a chili extravaganza— with a contest to determine the winning entry. If you’re planning to enter please select your category below. Otherwise the menu will be filled out potluck style:
If your last name begins with A-L please bring a dessert, and if it starts with M-Z please bring a side dish that goes well with chili (chips, corn bread, rice casserole, veggie tray, tater tots, etc.).
The church will provide Apple Cider, paper goods and utensils, along with s’mores fixins for the kids/young at heart.
A loose schedule will flow as follows:
6:00 pm Arrive and drop-off food /mingle and take pics with the animals!

6:30 Supper blessing and begin eating
7:30 Worship and singing
7:45 Judges confer and pronounce chili contest winner. Prize awarded!
8:00 Hayride #1 and visit the animals
8:15 Bluegrass band (secular set) + fire pit
8:30 Hayride #2 + s’mores
9:00 Farewell! Y’all come back now ya hear?
